About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing orders across leading online marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth logistics operations.
- Manage returns, cancellations, and inventory updates on marketplace portals.
- Maintain records of orders, shipments, and payments.
- Communicate with customer support and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s operational guidelines.
- Should have expertise in Cataloging.

Requirements:

- Experience handling e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- should be experienced in using Unicommerce
- Strong knowledge of order management systems and seller panels.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,038.80 - ₹33,266.16 per month
