Job Overview We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, website. Your primary goal will be to optimize product visibility, maintain account health, and drive online sales growth. Key Responsibilities

- Catalog &
- Listing Management:

Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings, descriptions, and imagery across multiple marketplaces.

- Inventory &

- Stock Coordination:

Monitor stock levels daily, coordinate with the warehouse team, and manage replenishment (FBA, FBF, etc.) to prevent stockouts.

- Order Processing: Oversee daily incoming orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery or return issues promptly.

- Account Health &

- Customer Service:

Monitor account health metrics, respond to customer queries, resolve negative feedback, and maintain excellent seller ratings.

- PPC &

- Promotion Management:





Plan and execute basic paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and participate in marketplace shopping festivals/sales events.

- Reporting &

- Analytics:

Compile and analyze weekly/monthly sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to suggest growth strategies.

- Qualifications

- Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing backend operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Portal,

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting).

- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and search term optimization.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
