About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage order fulfilment, inventory allocation, and logistics coordination across our online sales channels (Shopify, Flipkart, Amazon). This role is critical to ensuring smooth demand planning, accurate stock availability, and timely dispatch while working closely with supply chain, warehouse, and courier partners to keep operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand-Based SKU Allocation: Analyse daily/weekly platform demand and allocate stock across inventory nodes to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

- Shipment & Order Preparation: Process daily customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Flipkart, Amazon) and generate packing slips, shipping labels, and manifests.

- Supply Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal supply chain, warehouse, and procurement teams to align stock availability with active promotional campaigns.

- Logistics & Courier Management: Partner with 3PL courier partners to arrange daily pickups, track dispatches, and resolve shipment delays or non-delivery reports (NDRs).

- Inventory Reconciliation:



Audit digital stock counts against physical inventory levels on a regular basis to maintain data accuracy across sales channels.

- Return & Claim Handling: Manage the process for customer returns (RTO/RTA), quality checks, and channel-reimbursement claims for damaged or missing transit goods.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.

- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central).

- Familiarity with 3PL/courier operations and NDR management.

- Strong Excel skills for inventory tracking and reconciliation.

- Good coordination and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
