? We’re Hiring | E-commerce Inventory Planner

VNH Naidu Hall – The Family Store is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our E-commerce team in Chennai (T.Nagar).

Position: Executive / Senior Executive – E-commerce Inventory Planner

We are looking for someone who understands e-commerce inventory planning, SAP stock management and the operational flow of e-commerce warehouses and fulfilment centres.

The role involves managing inventory across our own website (Shopify) and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and Zivame.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan daily stock replenishment and allocation across multiple e-commerce channels.
- Manage inventory synchronisation between SAP and Unicommerce.
- Monitor stock availability, stock cover, stock-outs and inventory discrepancies.
- Understand and coordinate e-commerce warehouse operations, including inwarding, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and stock movement.
- Plan and coordinate stock replenishment across the mother warehouse, 3PL, Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF.
- Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and accurate stock movement.
- Plan inventory requirements for festive seasons, promotional sales and upcoming launches.




- Support partial/semi omni-channel inventory planning and future marketplace expansion.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in e-commerce inventory planning, stock planning or supply chain operations.

✅ Strong understanding of SAP inventory management and stock movement from a warehouse perspective.

✅ Practical understanding of e-commerce warehouse operations and fulfilment processes.

✅ Familiarity with Unicommerce/Uniware or similar OMS/WMS platforms.

✅ Strong Excel and analytical skills.

✅ Positive ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience: 3–6 years preferred.

Freshers with strong numerical aptitude, willingness to learn and an interest in e-commerce inventory planning are also welcome to apply.
