Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to handle end-to-end online order operations and coordinate with our USA store team for smooth order processing and customer support. The candidate should be capable of managing daily e-commerce activities efficiently and ensuring timely execution of online orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete end-to-end online order processing from e-commerce platforms and websites.
- Monitor incoming online orders and ensure accurate order flow management from order confirmation to delivery.
- Coordinate daily with USA store teams regarding order updates, dispatch schedules, inventory availability, and customer requirements.
- Prepare structured daily order status reports and communicate updates to USA store management teams.
- Continuously track pending, processing, dispatched,



delivered, cancelled, and returned orders to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Support Team for smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Follow up on delayed or priority orders and ensure proper communication between all operational teams.
- Update tracking details, customer records, and order statuses accurately in internal systems and online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchange requests professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory details across online sales channels.
- Prepare daily operational MIS reports, order tracking reports, and escalation summaries for management review.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between India operations teams and overseas USA store staff.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online order management.
- Good knowledge of online order handling processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Skills: Website & marketplace handling, order processing, inventory coordination, customer support
- Willingness for the adaptable working timings if required.
