We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Manage returns, refunds, and cancellations.
- Raise and follow up on seller support tickets.
- Update product images, titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other listing details.
- Monitor inventory and product availability.
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and resolve listing/order-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, Firstcry and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with listing creation, order processing, returns, and ticket management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling multiple SKUs and marketplace operations independently. Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
