Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Scaling: Head the end-to-end onboarding, optimization, and daily sales management on premium marketplaces like Myntra (PPMP model).
- Digital Sales Closing: Manage high-ticket incoming leads via WhatsApp Business, live chat, and social channels to maximize website conversions.
- Luxury Client Consulting: Confidently handle high-value walk-in retail clients at our boutique, leveraging your knowledge of fine jewelry.
- Cross-Border Logistics:



Coordinate with premium global logistics partners to ensure seamless shipping and customs compliance for international orders.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2–4 years managing e-commerce sales, specifically on Myntra, Tata Cliq Luxury, or brand websites.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of gold purity, diamond 4Cs, and the market positioning of CVD Lab-Grown Diamonds.
- Communication: Exceptional English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for luxury retail storytelling.
- Mindset: A highly agile team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and balances digital strategy with physical retail operations.
- Unlike legacy players who can rely on foot traffic, a startup requires a high-energy, proactive "hunter" mindset to convert walk-ins and follow up on digital leads (WhatsApp, Instagram, website drop-offs).
