Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to implement, manage, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. If you're a tech-savvy consultant with a passion for CRM and the Power Platform, we’d love to connect!

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and gather business requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules for optimal functionality.
- Deliver training and user support to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot CRM-related problems.
- Stay current with latest updates, features, and best practices in Dynamics 365.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 6–9 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Experience with data migration/integration tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, C# and Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (or higher).
- Experience with Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O;) modules.
- Familiarity with Azure services, cloud computing, and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
