? Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Front Office operations during the night shift.

- Supervise check-ins, check-outs, late arrivals, early check-ins, and guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
- Lead and supervise Front Office team members.
- Maintain grooming, discipline, and hospitality service standards.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments .

- Monitor room inventory, reservations, room status, and room readiness.

• Handle VIP guests and special requests .

- Coordinate safari operations and guest movements.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and Front Office transactions.

• Review night audit reports and identify discrepancies.

- Prepare DSRs, shift reports, guest feedback,



and proper handovers.
- Ensure accurate updates in PMS and Front Office systems.
- Handle emergencies and operational issues while ensuring guest safety.
- Escalate major operational issues to the General Manager.
- Ensure a smooth and detailed handover to the morning shift.

? Candidate Requirements

✅ 4+ years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations

✅ Previous experience as Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager / Front Office Supervisor preferred

✅ Experience in a 4-star/5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality property

✅ Resort or safari destination experience will be an advantage

✅ Excellent English communication and guest-handling skills

✅ Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

✅ Good knowledge of PMS, Front Office operations, billing, and night audit

✅ Comfortable working 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM night shift

✅ Professional grooming and strong guest-service orientation
