Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dynamic Smoke Studies professional based in Bengaluru South. The role involves planning, executing, and documenting dynamic smoke studies to validate airflow patterns and containment in controlled environments such as cleanrooms and critical manufacturing areas. Daily tasks include preparing test protocols, coordinating with project and site teams, setting up and operating smoke generation equipment, and capturing visual and written evidence of airflow performance.

The professional will analyze results, prepare clear reports, and support corrective actions or design improvements when required. Collaboration with engineering, quality,



and client teams will be essential to ensure studies align with regulatory guidelines and project specifications.

Qualifications

- Experience in controlled environments or cleanroom validation, including airflow testing, pressure balancing, and environmental qualification.
- Knowledge of dynamic smoke study methodologies, relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, ISO cleanroom standards), and safety procedures for onsite testing.
- Ability to plan and execute technical studies, interpret test results, and prepare clear, structured documentation and reports.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for identifying airflow issues and recommending improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Comfort with on-site work, including field activities in operational facilities, and readiness to follow strict safety and compliance protocols.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field; experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving standards, technologies, and client requirements in controlled environment engineering.
