Role Description The Due Diligence and Investigation Business Development Professional role is an on-site position based in New Delhi. The professional will identify and develop new business opportunities for due diligence and investigation services, including prospecting clients, managing leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Daily responsibilities include presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating terms aligned with company policies. The role involves collaborating with internal operations and investigation teams to understand service capabilities, ensure accurate client communication,



and support tailored solutions. The professional will also track market trends, monitor competitor activity, maintain CRM records, and contribute to revenue growth through consistent relationship-building and account management.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship-building.
- Experience or strong interest in due diligence, background screening, and investigative services, with an understanding of compliance and risk management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi, coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and comfort with technology-enabled service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, Criminology, or a related field; relevant experience in B2B services or HR solutions is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a client-centric mindset focused on delivering accurate and timely solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
