Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Drug Safety Physician at CONTINUUM India LLP.

The Drug Safety

Physician will review, evaluate, and interpret safety data from clinical trials and post-marketing sources, ensuring accurate medical assessment of adverse events. The role involves preparing and reviewing safety reports, case narratives, risk–benefit assessments, and regulatory submissions in line with global pharmacovigilance requirements. The physician will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Clinical and medical expertise:



Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent; MD or equivalent and experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance is mandatory
- Pharmacovigilance and regulatory skills: Knowledge of global PV regulations and guidelines (e.g., ICH, EMA, FDA), experience in adverse event case review, signal detection, risk–benefit evaluation, and safety reporting.
- Analytical and research capabilities: Strong skills in data interpretation, medical literature review, clinical trial safety assessment, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Communication and documentation: Ability to draft clear, concise medical assessments, safety narratives, risk management documents, and regulatory reports; strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaboration and remote work skills: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, virtual teams; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with work from home tools and digital workflows.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with safety databases, electronic medical records, and standard office software; experience with PV or clinical systems is an advantage.
