? WE ARE HIRING | JUNIOR & SENIOR MEP DRAFTSMAN

Specialization: Fire Fighting & Plumbing

Job Location: MUMBAI

We are looking for skilled, detail-oriented and technically sound Junior & Senior MEP Draftsmen with experience in Fire Fighting and Plumbing drafting to join our design team in Mumbai .

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed Fire Fighting & Plumbing layouts for residential, commercial and industrial projects .

• Develop drawings for Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water Drainage, Rainwater Harvesting, Soil & Waste and other Plumbing Systems .

• Prepare Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System layouts , including hydrant, sprinkler and associated services.

• Prepare Public Address (PA) System layouts and coordinate with other MEP services.

• Prepare BOQ quantities and quantity take-offs based on drawings and project requirements.

• Conduct site visits and attend project/coordination meetings whenever required.

• Carry out slab checking and service coordination to ensure proper routing and avoid clashes with structural elements.

• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural and other MEP services .

• Prepare and update shop drawings, working drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings .

- Incorporate consultant/client comments and ensure timely completion and submission of drawings.

• Provide drafting support for industrial utilities, fire protection systems and associated piping networks .

? REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD .





• Good understanding of Fire Fighting, Plumbing and MEP systems .

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings .

• Understanding of construction drawings, sections, details and technical documentation .

• Positive knowledge of service routing, MEP coordination and construction practices .

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills .

? EXPERIENCE

Junior MEP Draftsman | 1–3 Years

Candidates with strong AutoCAD skills and basic knowledge of Fire Fighting & Plumbing may also be considered.

Senior MEP Draftsman | 4+ Years

Robust experience in Fire Fighting and Plumbing drawings is preferred. Experience in residential and commercial projects is desirable, while exposure to industrial projects will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects will be preferred.
