We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer with 6+ years of software development experience to be responsible for developing, and delivery of enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong technical skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to lead technical discussions with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development and delivery activities.
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and handle technical discussions.
- Own technical decisions, architecture discussions, code quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Guide and mentor development teams.
- Analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Participate in customer demos, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web API development.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, Flutter, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and technologies such as:
- Google Cloud / Azure
- Kubernetes
- Virtual Machines
- Terraform
- RabbitMQ
- Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Customer & Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and business stakeholders.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with requirement analysis and solution discussions.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and leadership mindset.
Experience Required
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience as Senior Developer.
- Experience delivering enterprise web applications.
- Experience mentoring developers and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience working on cloud-native platforms and enterprise search/information systems.
- Exposure to Agile development practices and production support.
