Role Summary

Prepare and issue accurate GFC (Positive For Construction) drawings for museums, science centres, planetariums, exhibitions and immersive experience projects — from concept layouts through to fabrication-level detailing and as-built architecture and interior fit outs.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare GFC drawings — plans, elevations, sections, RCP, flooring, wall panelling, joinery and fabrication details.
- Convert concept designs and sketches into dimensionally accurate, buildable working drawings.
- Detail exhibit structures, display cases, kiosks, backdrops, false ceilings, partitions and modular fabrication elements.
- Prepare MEP/ELV coordination drawings — lighting layouts, AV/projector positions, cable routing, conduit and power points — in coordination with the AV, lighting and electrical teams.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, title blocks, layering standards and issue logs.
- Generate quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation from drawings.
- Coordinate with site teams, fabricators and vendors; incorporate site measurements and resolve execution queries.




- Prepare as-built drawings on project completion.
- Command in shop drawings.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship (Civil or Architectural), or B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Design.
- 6–8 years of hands-on drafting experience, with prior experience in an established design, interior fit-out, exhibition or turnkey project firm.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory); working knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max or similar software is an advantage.
- Proven capability in producing GFC-level drawings independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction and fabrication methods, materials, finishes and standard detailing practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Basics in MS Office; Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, dimensional accuracy and adherence to drawing standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred

- Experience on museum, science centre, exhibition, heritage or large-format government projects.
- Familiarity with AV / lighting integration and show-control layouts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
