Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced DLT / Blockchain Architect with deep expertise in capital markets, securities, and digital asset tokenisation to design and deliver enterprise-grade tokenisation platforms. The role will focus on tokenised bonds, tokenised money market funds (tMMFs), and other real-world assets (RWAs), covering the end-to-end lifecycle from issuance and trading through custody and settlement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement end-to-end architecture for tokenised asset platforms covering issuance, distribution, trading, custody, settlement, and lifecycle management.
- Architect solutions for tokenised bonds, tokenised money market funds (tMMFs), and other real-world assets (RWAs).
- Design DLT/blockchain architecture covering smart contracts, digital assets, wallets, identity, permissions, consensus, interoperability, and transaction processing.
- Translate capital markets and securities business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
- Design tokenisation workflows across the securities lifecycle, including issuance, subscriptions, trading, transfers, settlement, corporate actions, redemption, and servicing.
- Define integration architecture between DLT platforms and existing capital markets, banking, custody, settlement, payments, and market infrastructure systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain/DLT platforms, protocols, smart-contract frameworks, and supporting technologies based on business and architectural requirements.
- Establish architecture standards for security, scalability, resilience, privacy, performance, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.
- Design APIs and integration patterns enabling connectivity between blockchain networks and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership for smart-contract and blockchain engineering teams, including architecture reviews and technical governance.




- Assess emerging tokenisation, digital securities, stablecoin, CBDC, and institutional digital-asset technologies and their applicability to capital markets.
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, legal, and external technology partners.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, proof-of-concepts, and transition of solutions from prototype to production.
- Identify architectural risks, technology constraints, scalability challenges, and integration dependencies and define appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Establish technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and technology standards.
- Ensure tokenisation platforms adhere to enterprise security, governance, data protection, and technology architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15 - 22 years of experience in technology architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture, with significant experience in capital markets and/or financial services.
- Strong hands-on architecture experience in DLT, blockchain, digital assets, or tokenisation platforms.
- Deep understanding of capital markets and securities lifecycle, including issuance, trading, custody, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, and asset servicing.
- Proven experience designing or delivering tokenisation solutions for securities, funds, bonds, or other real-world assets.
- Solid understanding of blockchain/DLT architecture,



including distributed consensus, smart contracts, wallets, digital identity, cryptography, permissioning, and interoperability.
- Experience with one or more enterprise/public DLT ecosystems such as Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, Canton, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of smart-contract architecture and secure blockchain application design.
- Experience integrating DLT platforms with core banking, capital markets, custody, settlement, payments, or other enterprise financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing highly secure, scalable, resilient, and production-grade financial technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of technology risk, cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory considerations, and governance within financial services.
- Experience leading architecture decisions across multidisciplinary engineering and business teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior technology and business leadership.
- Strong documentation and architecture modelling skills, including HLD/LLD and solution architecture diagrams.
- Ability to evaluate emerging blockchain and digital-asset technologies and translate them into practical enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with institutional tokenisation, digital securities, security tokens, or RWA platforms.
- Experience with tokenised bonds, tMMFs, stablecoins, CBDCs, or institutional digital assets.
- Exposure to regulated market infrastructure, securities depositories, custodians, exchanges, or settlement networks.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, securities messaging, or other financial market standards.
- Experience working with global financial institutions and cross-border capital markets initiatives.
