Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Doctor–Ayurveda (BAMS) based in Ramnagar. The doctor will conduct detailed consultations, assess guest health conditions, and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic therapies and lifestyle modifications.

Responsibilities include designing personalized treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring safe and effective use of Ayurvedic medicines and therapies. The role involves collaborating with spa therapists to align treatments with Ayurvedic principles, maintaining accurate medical records,



and educating guests on preventive healthcare and wellness practices. The doctor will also support health camps, wellness programs, and contribute to enhancing the spa’s holistic wellness offerings.

Qualifications

- Recognized Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree and valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatments, Panchakarma, herbal formulations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Ability to design individualized wellness plans focused on stress management, detoxification, and overall health improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and multidisciplinary spa staff.
- Experience working in wellness centers, spas, or Ayurvedic clinics is preferred.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, guest safety, and maintaining confidentiality of health information.
- Basic proficiency in using medical records systems and documentation tools.
- Flexibility to work spa shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
