Role Description The District Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in all district of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajsthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharshtra, Gujrat, Delhi NCR etc Punjab & Hariyana. responsible for overseeing and implementing foundation programs, opening & generation primary/secondary sales of Ayush Centers (Block Wise) through doctors & associate partner within the district. This role includes planning and coordinating project activities, maintaining regular communication with local communities,partner organizations, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.

The District

Coordinator will collect and analyze field data, prepare progress reports, and support monitoring and evaluation efforts. They will organize meetings, training sessions, and awareness campaigns, manage basic administrative tasks related to Ayush Center operations, and escalate issues or risks to senior leadership. The role requires proactive engagement in community outreach, problem-solving in field conditions, and consistent alignment with the foundation’s policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skill





· Candidates should possess strong coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to plan activities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

· Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with community members, local authorities, and internal teams.

· Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-ground challenges and support smooth program implementation.

· Relevant experience in social work, community development, or NGO/CSR projects within rural or semi-urban settings is beneficial.

· A bachelor’s degree in social work, development studies, public administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Familiarity with local languages and cultural contexts.

· Ability to travel within the district as needed and work in office in field locations is required.

Pay: ₹31,500.00 per month
