Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

· Managing project implementation at district level

· Building, managing, nurturing field team members

· Managing mobilization, entrepreneurship awareness activities within rural communities

· Managing onboarding & training of rural entrepreneurs as per project requirement

· Managing market activation activities as per project requirement

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate with strong communication skills in Kannada, and basic English
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in rural management / entrepreneurship / livelihood sector
- Robust understanding of rural markets, community networks, and distribution models.
- Prior exposure to clean energy, FMCG, or livelihood programs preferred.

Compensation Structure:

Fixed: 4 – 5 LPA

Incentive: Performance based incentives
