Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch Assign drivers and vehicles efficiently based on location, availability, and service level Monitor trips in real time to ensure on-time pickups, drop-offs, and route compliance Communicate professionally with members, drivers, healthcare facilities, and brokers Handle trip changes, cancellations, no-shows, delays, and escalations promptly Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety policies, and client-specific requirements Provide accurate trip documentation and update dispatch systems (GPS, MDT, apps) Resolve driver and member issues calmly and professionally Verify driver check-ins, arrivals, departures, and trip completion Coordinate return trips and will-call requests Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software Report incidents, accidents, or service issues to management and clients Support quality assurance by documenting complaints and corrective actions Work closely with operations and compliance teams to meet service standards Manage high call volumes and multitask in a rapid-paced environment Ensure coverage during peak hours, emergencies, or unexpected shortages
