Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan (on-site) — Night shift (Canada hours)
Techluj Solutions supports freight brokerages and trucking companies across Canada and the US with round-the-clock dispatch and customer service support. We're hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to serve one of our clients, a small fleet located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
What you'll do
- Search load boards and book freight for the client's trucks
- Call brokers to negotiate rates and confirm load details
- Communicate pickup, delivery, and route details to drivers
- Track loads in progress and handle changes or delays
- Keep dispatch records, rate confirmations, and paperwork organized
What we're looking for
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Comfortable working night shift to match Canada business hours
- Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with load boards, dispatch,
or logistics preferred but not required; training provided
- Basic computer skills, comfortable learning recent software quickly
