Role Description The Director Training and Placement will lead the overall strategy and execution of training and placement activities for students across various programs. This full-time, on-site role located in Sadar involves designing and implementing training initiatives to enhance student employability, coordinating with academic departments to align training with curriculum, and building strong relationships with industry partners to secure internships and job opportunities. The role includes planning and conducting placement drives, workshops, and career guidance sessions,



as well as tracking placement outcomes and preparing reports for senior leadership.

The Director will oversee budgeting and resource allocation for training and placement activities, manage a team responsible for execution, and continuously assess market trends to refine strategies that improve student career outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Curriculum Development and Training & Development to design and refine employability-focused programs.
- Proven experience in conducting Training and Employee Training initiatives, preferably within academic or corporate environments.
- Ability to manage Budgeting for training and placement operations, including productive use of institutional resources.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining industry relationships for campus placements and internships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Leadership experience in training, placement, career services, or related domains; prior experience in higher education is highly beneficial.
- Master’s degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced or additional certifications in training or career counseling are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to improve training outcomes and placement performance.
