Governance Committee Member | Construction Advisory

Engagement: 4–6 months, extendable | Advisory / Project-Based

We are seeking a senior construction/real estate/infrastructure professional with 30+ years of experience for a project-based Governance Committee role.

The skilled will provide independent industry expertise and strategic guidance in designing and implementing a standardized Construction Operating System across multiple projects.

Key Focus Areas: Construction Governance, SOP Development, Process Standardization, Project Controls, Planning, Quality Management, Procurement, Commercial & Cost Control, KPI/MIS, Contractor Management, ERP/Digital Construction and Performance Management.

Candidate Requirements:

- 30+ years of construction/real estate/infrastructure experience
- Senior-level leadership across large-scale and multi-project environments
- Experience managing projects of 1M+ sq. ft.
- Strong track record in system building, governance and process improvement
- High-rise residential / commercial building/ Aluform / Precast experience preferred

Location: Kolkata / Project Sites as required
