- We are looking for a Community & Partner Marketing Manager with 6 years of experience to lead community, organic social, and partner marketing initiatives.
- The role involves building and managing a small team, developing strategic co-marketing partnerships, growing the “Adit for Practice” community, and creating new reseller and partner opportunities.
- The ideal candidate should be strong in relationship building, program management, metrics tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and partner-sourced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Own community, organic social, and partner marketing strategy, and build and develop a small team to execute it
- Build partner co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and awareness for both sides of the partnership
- Set and track community growth and engagement targets to measure long-term momentum
- Come up with intriguing ideas to build a steady pipeline of resellers and partners, working closely with key opinion leaders to launch and run the "Adit for Practice" community
- Identify and negotiate new strategic partnership opportunities that expand Adit's reach
- Report on community growth, social engagement, and partner-sourced results to track program impact
- Represent Community & Partner in cross-functional marketing planning to keep initiatives aligned company-wide
- Own the community and partnerships budget, ensuring smart allocation across initiatives
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Director on partner-influenced pipeline tracking to connect efforts to revenue
