nJob Description: We are looking for a hands-on leader to head our Data & Analytics practice. This role is not just about managing a team but building a strong, scalable practice that delivers real business value to our customers. You will own the end-to-end responsibility of the practice, from driving revenue and shaping solutions to mentoring teams and engaging with customers. nResponsibilities:

nPractice Leadership & Growth

n* Own the P&L; for the Data & Analytics practice

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall practice expansion

- Identify new opportunities across existing and new customers
n
- Build and position differentiated offerings in enterprise data management
n

nCustomer & Delivery Ownership

n

- Act as the go-to person for key customers and strategic engagements
n
- Ensure quality delivery across projects and maintain customer satisfaction
n
- Engage with leadership team and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
n
- Be willing to travel to customer locations as required

nTechnical Thought Leadership

- Provide direction across contemporary data platforms (cloud data stacks, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML)

- Guide teams on architecture, solution design, and best practices

- Stay current with industry trends and bring relevant ideas into the organization

nPre-sales & Solutioning

- Lead pre-sales efforts including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations

- Partner closely with sales teams to convert opportunities into wins

- Contribute to RFPs, estimations, and commercial discussions

nTeam & People Leadership

- Lead and mentor a 100-member team across different skill sets

- Build strong second-line leadership within the team

- Drive performance management, capability development, and hiring

nStakeholder Management

- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and Quality
