Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities through lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume.
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch life insurance products to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance industry trends and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
