Department & Role: Adhesive – Direct Sales Representative (DSR)

Location: Kottakal (Malappuram)

Salary: ₹21,500/month + TA + Incentives (Inhand)

Job Purpose To drive demand and sales for adhesive products such as Trugrip Ultra, Loctite range, and Masking Tapes by expanding market reach and strengthening distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent business by onboarding plywood and hardware shops outside the existing dealer network.
- Promote and sell Loctite and other adhesive products through retail channels.
- Engage with end users (carpenters, furniture manufacturers, etc.) to generate leads and drive product usage.
- Ensure proper product availability, stocking, and re-ordering within the dealer network.




- Drive secondary sales and liquidation through retailers and distributors.
- Conduct market visits, collect insights, and share regular reports.
- Organize and participate in marketing activities like shop meets and carpenter meets.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good market knowledge and customer handling ability
- Willingness to travel locally
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
