Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Operations Executive to manage day-to-day digital operations, coordinate with internal teams, monitor digital processes, and ensure smooth execution of online activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day digital operations and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of digital activities.
- Update and maintain digital platforms, databases, and operational records.
- Monitor tasks, campaigns, and digital activities to ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular reports and track operational performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across digital platforms.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant certification in Digital Marketing or Operations will be an added advantage.
