Working with: Dr. Shilpa Thakur (PhD), Medical Nutritionist

Work arrangement: Full-time, fully remote. Applications are welcome from anywhere in the world. There is no part-time option.

We are looking for an assistant to manage the day-to-day execution of Dr. Shilpa Thakur’s social media content across platforms. The role includes video editing, visual creation, publishing, and audience engagement, following the instructions and templates provided.

Key responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos in the specified style and prepare subtitles, covers, and platform-specific versions as required.
- Create social media images and visuals using design software and AI tools, based on concepts selected or approved by Dr. Shilpa.
- Format, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms using the templates and posting instructions provided.
- Monitor comments and reply using approved responses. Refer questions outside those responses to Dr. Shilpa rather than answering independently.
- Support audience engagement while maintaining NutritionColours’ skilled tone.
- Organise content files and keep the daily publishing workflow on schedule.

Candidate requirements

- Prior hands-on experience with social media management, video editing, and visual content creation is preferred.



Candidates should already be comfortable with the basic tasks.
- Ability to use relevant editing and design software, publishing tools, and AI tools for visual creation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and brand templates precisely.
- Clear written communication and sound judgment when handling public comments, particularly health-related questions.
- A personal laptop, a quiet workspace suitable for full-time work, and a reliable high-speed broadband internet connection capable of handling video editing workflows, file transfers, and uploads without disruption.

Compensation

- Candidates with relevant experience: Starting at ₹20,000 per month during the probationary period , with scope to increase up to ₹45,000 per month based on performance, skills, and responsibilities.
- Candidates with limited but relevant hands-on experience: Starting at ₹15,000 per month during the probationary period , followed by a performance-based salary review.
