Vaminos Productions is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Digital Operations Executive to join our team on a Part-Time / Freelance basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with websites, mobile apps, client communication, and basic creative tasks. You’ll get the opportunity to work on real client projects and support different areas of our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & App Testing

- Test websites and mobile applications before project delivery.
- Check buttons, links, forms, menus, images, videos, and basic functionality.
- Check website responsiveness across different screen sizes and browsers.
- Identify spelling, layout, design, and functional issues.
- Prepare clear bug/issue reports for the development and design team.
- Re-test websites and applications after corrections.

2. Telecalling & Client Follow-ups

- Make professional calls to existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, approvals, payments, and project requirements.
- Communicate basic project updates when required.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients.

3. Basic Editing & Creative Support

- Perform basic image and video editing.
- Resize and format images for websites and social media.
- Make basic text and content corrections.
- Assist with simple creative production tasks.
- Support the design team with day-to-day editing requirements.
