About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketplace advertising, paid media, and website performance efforts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, and Google. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with a strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce to build hands-on experience managing live ad campaigns, storefront performance, and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Ads Management: Strategy, setup, and optimization of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) and Flipkart PLA/PCA ads.

- Paid Media Strategy: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).

- Storefront Management: Oversee website funnel conversion, landing pages, and promotional strategy on Shopify.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (ROAS, CAC, CTR, ACOS, Conversion Rate) and deliver weekly performance insights.

- Creative Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives and ad copy.





- A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with audiences, creative hooks, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize budget efficiency.

Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree (any stream) with a Certification in Digital Marketing.

- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing (freshers welcome to apply).

- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance advertising.

- Basic understanding of platforms like Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager (through coursework, internships, or certifications) is a plus.

- Positive analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with numbers and data.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Must be fluent in English (strong Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills).

- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
