Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving The LexSphere’s online presence and audience growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels, as well as managing content calendars and community engagement. The specialist will monitor and interpret web analytics to optimize campaigns, improve user acquisition,



and strengthen brand visibility.

The role also involves coordinating with content and legal teams to align messaging with the platform’s mission, testing new marketing strategies, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns across platforms.

- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills to manage multi-channel strategies and analyze performance data.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create transparent, engaging messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
