we are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and strengthen the company's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for digital marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, website content, lead generation, and online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve the company's online visibility and brand presence.
- Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Plan and create engaging content related to the company's products, services, projects, and industry.
- Manage and optimize the company website, including content updates and basic SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO and off-page SEO activities to improve search rankings.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, social media campaigns, and other paid digital campaigns.
- Generate and manage online leads through digital marketing channels.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular digital marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation and business objectives.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and promotional communication when required.




- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Work with designers/content creators to develop creatives, videos, brochures, and other digital marketing materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Solid content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial companies will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
