Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Kaithal.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise online campaigns across search, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, supporting SEO and PPC initiatives, monitoring performance through web analytics tools, and creating reports with actionable insights. The role involves coordinating with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and consistent brand messaging. The specialist will also contribute to digital marketing strategies,



stay current with industry trends, and suggest improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, with experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating content calendars, and optimising engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and present marketing insights.
- Preferably, candidates have familiarity with SEO, PPC tools, and major social media and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset are highly valued.
