WE ARE SEEKING A results-driven Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, drive quality leads, and continuously improve campaign performance across Meta and Google Ads.

REQUIREMENTS

4 years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing

Specialized in Lead generation ads

Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & Linked-in Ads

Proven experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns

Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rates

Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills





Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

Experience in an agency environmsalaryent is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns ( Specialized in lead generation )

Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding and account structures

Optimize campaigns for better CPL, conversions and lead quality

Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research

Test creatives, audiences, copies and campaign strategies

Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns

Work with creative, content and account management teams

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
