About the Role

Shanvox is looking for an experienced and growth-driven Digital Marketing Manager / Team Lead to lead strategy, execution, team coordination, and performance marketing initiatives across multiple brands and industries.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across all major areas of digital marketing along with practical exposure to AI-powered marketing tools, automation systems, analytics, and growth-focused campaign management.

This role requires someone capable of independently managing digital marketing operations while also mentoring team members, driving skill development, and delivering measurable business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team across multiple client accounts
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Oversee SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation activities
- Utilize AI tools and automation systems to improve productivity, campaign performance, reporting, and workflows
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CAC, conversions, engagement, and organic growth
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and sales teams
- Handle client communication, reporting, presentations, and strategy discussions
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and performance-driven marketing processes
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, performance marketing, and digital platforms
- Lead, mentor, and train team members while supporting continuous skill development and performance improvement across the digital marketing team
- Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery across all campaigns

- 4–8+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in:

- Conversion Optimization
- Experience working with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, SEO tools, CRM systems, and modern digital marketing software
- Experience handling teams and managing client accounts
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior agency experience preferred
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage
- Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of automation systems and AI-assisted workflows preferred

Application Note Candidates should have practical exposure across all major areas of digital marketing and should be capable of independently handling strategy, execution, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, automation, client coordination, team management, and internal skill development initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
