About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead our Organic Lead

Generation and Social Media Marketing team, drive quality leads, and improve overall digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the team for Cold Reach, Organic Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, and Online Branding.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and team performance.
- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, forums, and online communities.
- Develop strategies for Organic Marketing, SMO, Social Media Promotions, and brand visibility.
- Guide the team in prospect research, client engagement, and relationship building.
- Monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion potential.




- Coordinate with the Sales team for lead handover, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Manage CRM/database updates and prepare regular performance reports.
- Connect with international clients through non-voice channels.
- Identify new digital opportunities and continuously improve organic lead generation strategies.

Required Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Organic Lead Generation / Social Media Marketing.
- Prior experience in team handling or leadership.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, SMO, and organic marketing.
- Excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and team-management abilities.
- Experience in Fintech/Forex/COMEX/Indices will be an added advantage.
