We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, along with a basic understanding of online cyber fraud/scams and the stock market.

Responsibilities:

- Contact and communicate with potential customers.

- Understand customer concerns and explain company services.

- Handle cases and queries related to online scams, cyber fraud and financial fraud.

- Understand basic cyber fraud concepts such as UPI fraud, investment scams, trading scams, fake websites and online payment frauds.

- Have basic knowledge of stock market, trading, investments, shares and common trading-related terms.

- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.

- Explain services clearly and professionally to customers.





- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of cyber crime, online scams and financial fraud.

- Basic knowledge of stock market and trading.

- Hindi and English communication skills.

- Valuable customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.

- Sales/Telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
