About the Internship

HackTechMedia is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

This internship is designed for students, freshers, and aspiring digital marketing professionals who want to gain practical experience in SEO, social media marketing, search engine marketing, content creation, website development, and digital branding.

The selected intern will work closely with our team on real client projects and internal marketing activities, gaining valuable industry exposure and developing practical skills in digital marketing and technology.

Key Responsibilities The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Digital Marketing and Social Media

- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media posts for various platforms.
- Support social media page management and audience engagement.
- Assist with digital branding and promotional activities.

1. Email Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Support the preparation of email content and promotional newsletters.
- Maintain email marketing databases and campaign records.
- Track and report basic email campaign performance.

1. Search Engine Optimization

- Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Support keyword research and keyword mapping.
- Track keyword rankings and website performance.
- Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO activities.
- Support backlink research and SEO reporting.
- Help optimize website content for search engines.

1. Search Engine Marketing





- Assist with basic Google Ads campaign activities.
- Support keyword research and ad copy preparation.
- Help collect and organize campaign performance data.
- Learn the fundamentals of paid search marketing and campaign optimization under supervision.

1. Website Development and Content

- Assist with website development and maintenance projects.
- Support basic WordPress-related tasks and website updates.
- Create, edit, and proofread website content.
- Assist in preparing SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the team to improve website usability and content quality.

1. Data Collection and Reporting

- Collect and organize data from digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare basic marketing performance reports.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign results.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and performance tracking.

1. Client Coordination

- Attend client meetings with team members when required.
- Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
- Support communication and coordination for digital marketing projects.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients.

1. Database and Administrative Support

- Maintain and update company and client databases.
- Organize digital marketing records and project documentation.
- Assist with preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Support the design and production of marketing collaterals.
- Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in common office applications.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, or content marketing is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and process information effectively.
