About the Position

LBS Skill Centre is looking for a Digital Marketing Faculty to deliver practical, career-oriented training to students.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing and the ability to teach concepts through practical activities, live demonstrations and real-world examples.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical Digital Marketing training sessions
- Explain digital marketing concepts from basic to advanced levels
- Provide hands-on training using current digital marketing platforms and tools
- Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct practical assignments, case studies and project-based learning
- Help students understand campaign planning, implementation and performance analysis
- Guide students in developing portfolio-ready digital marketing projects
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and tools

Requirements
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Solid practical knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Experience in conducting training or teaching will be an advantage
- Industry professionals and experienced freelance digital marketers with strong practical expertise are welcome to apply

What We Look For We are looking for a faculty member who can teach digital marketing through practical implementation, not just theory.

The candidate should be comfortable demonstrating live campaigns, analysing results, explaining current industry practices and guiding students through practical projects.

Compensation

Part-Time Faculty – Remuneration based on qualification, industry expertise, teaching experience and sessions handled.
