- Experience: 0–1 year in Marketing, CRM, Customer Success, Analytics, or related areas.
- Support Email, SMS, In-App, Push & WhatsApp customer communication campaigns.
- Work on customer retention, renewals, reactivation & churn prevention initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, conversion & retention metrics.
- Support A/B testing, customer segmentation & campaign optimization.
- Create engaging and customer-focused marketing content and communication.
- Leverage AI tools & automation to improve campaigns, content and reporting.




- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, Analytics & Customer Success teams.
- Looking for a curious, data-driven, creative self-starter with robust communication and a willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
