Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves coordinating SEO activities, planning and executing social media campaigns, and creating web content aligned with brand guidelines.

The role includes monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, and making data-backed recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Robust Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing campaigns across major platforms.
- Ability in Communication and Web Content Writing to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, paid advertising (e.g., search and social), and basic digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role is preferred; exposure to agency or multi-brand environments is an advantage.
