Idea Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive & Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

The selected candidate will handle digital marketing activities for the company and its projects. The candidate will also conduct practical training sessions for students in Digital Marketing and guide them through assignments and projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

- Manage social media accounts and digital marketing activities.
- Create and schedule social media content.
- Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
- Conduct basic SEO activities.
- Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance.
- Research competitors, trends, and relevant content ideas.
- Prepare basic performance reports.
- Support lead generation and online promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams.

Student Training
- Conduct practical training sessions in Digital Marketing.
- Teach students the fundamentals of digital marketing.
- Explain social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
- Demonstrate relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Provide practical assignments and projects.
- Guide students while completing assignments and projects.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress during training sessions.
- Explain practical digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- Maintain organized training materials and practical exercises.




- Coordinate with the relevant team regarding training schedules and student requirements.

General Responsibilities
- Understand project and training requirements.
- Complete assigned work within the required timelines.
- Maintain quality standards in digital marketing work and training sessions.
- Communicate clearly with students, team members, and management.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing.

Qualification
- Degree, diploma, certification, or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous training, teaching, mentoring, or student-handling experience is an advantage.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month The salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

Work Schedule

- Full-time, permanent position.
- On-site work.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- The selected candidate will work from the Kakkanchery office and conduct student training sessions as part of the role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
