Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for driving Maritus’ online presence and brand awareness. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and web channels to promote events and wedding services. Daily tasks include creating engaging content for social media and websites, managing posting schedules, and interacting with the online community to increase engagement.

The executive will monitor and analyze web and social media analytics,



optimize campaigns, and prepare performance reports to support data-driven decisions. Collaboration with the creative and events teams is essential to align digital content with ongoing projects and brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Experience minimum 2 years.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Experience with major social media platforms, basic SEO principles, and digital advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, event-focused environment.
- Interest or experience in the events or wedding planning industry is an advantage.
