The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, reporting, and team management within an advertising agency environment. This role requires someone who can strategically manage campaigns, guide the team, interact with clients, and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels. Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI. Conduct regular performance analysis and ensure campaigns meet client objectives.

Provide guidance and technical support to team members to solve campaign-related issues.
