Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Pune City.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote iEngineering’s software, consulting, and hardware offerings across online channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media presence, creating and updating web content, coordinating email and online promotions, and supporting brand visibility initiatives. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and marketing analytics,



and preparing reports to optimize reach and engagement.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align messaging, ensure consistent branding, and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing skills with experience in campaign planning, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with experience in content scheduling and audience engagement.
- Web Content Writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging content suited to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., search and social ads) and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Interest in engineering, technology, or industrial sectors and willingness to learn technical concepts.
