About the Role

We are looking for an AI-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can combine artificial intelligence with digital marketing to create measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AI tools, content creation, automation, digital campaigns, analytics, and growth strategies. This is not a traditional digital marketing role — we are looking for someone who understands how to use AI to work smarter, faster, and more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute AI-powered digital marketing strategies.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, campaign planning, and optimization.
- Create social media content, marketing creatives, videos, captions, and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Use AI automation to improve marketing workflows and productivity.
- Analyze campaign performance, traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research using AI and other tools.
- Develop lead-generation and customer-engagement campaigns.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify practical marketing applications.
- Collaborate with the sales and technology teams to convert marketing activities into business opportunities.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Experience with social media marketing and content strategy.
- Knowledge of AI content-generation and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation.
- Strong content writing and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to create or coordinate graphics and short-form video content.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand data and convert insights into marketing actions.

AI Tools & Technologies Experience with tools such as:

ChatGPT Gemini Claude Canva AI Midjourney AI Video Tools AI Automation Tools AI Content Tools Google Analytics Meta Business Suite Google Ads

Candidates do not need to know every tool, but must demonstrate strong practical AI capability and the ability to learn new AI technologies quickly.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- AI certification or formal AI training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, AI marketing, content creation, or automation is preferred.
- Must have own laptop/computer system as a priority requirement.
