Role Description The Digital Growth Marketer will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels to support Fitspire’s growth objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place, focused on planning and executing growth experiments, optimizing campaigns, and scaling performance marketing initiatives.





Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing growth marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing key metrics, running A/B tests, and improving conversion funnels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams to refine value propositions, enhance customer journeys, and identify recent digital opportunities for brand expansion.

Qualifications

- QualificationsStrong experience scaling D2C brands across Meta, Google, Amazon, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other digital channels.
- Achieve monthly revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to deliver sustainable business growth and marketing efficiency.
