Role & responsibilities :

- Maintain easy documentation of product workflows, screen references, and feature updates

- Attend internal team meetings to record action items and follow up on assigned tasks

- Perform routine checks of live app/web screens to identify visual mismatches

- Accuracy of Documentation: Minimal errors in reports, screenshots, or flow documents

- UAT Completion Quality: Accuracy and timeliness in executing test cases

- Task Timeliness: On-time completion of assigned operational and reporting tasks

- Jira/Tracker Hygiene: Updated and clean records of assigned tickets

- Attention to Detail: Error-free validation of screens, text, and disclaimers

- Extract routine data points or reports from dashboards for team review

- Conduct basic competitor feature comparisons (screenshots, workflow mapping)

- Support minor content updates (text, FAQs, banners) under guidance

- Execute basic UAT test cases and validate key flows for changes or defects

- Capture screenshots, label issues clearly, and share with senior team members





- Track bugs/changes in Jira or similar tools as directed

- Assist in collecting documentation, sharing files, or following up on smaller tasks with external partners

- Help coordinate for test account requests or sample data collection

- Verify mandatory disclaimers, labels, or regulatory texts on relevant pages

- Assist in organizing compliance approvals and document repositories

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate Degree in any related field.

- Exposure to product management, testing, or digital tools through academic projects

- 0-3 years (freshers or campus graduates with strong digital aptitude).

- Internships or academic exposure to business analysis, testing, or tech support preferred

- MIS Reporting & Analysis

- 6-7 Years of experience in MIS Reporting & Data Management

- Knowledge of MS Excel / MS Access / Power BI

- Good Communication Skills.
