Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our Nephrology Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating hemodialysis machinery, preparing equipment, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Preparation: Set up, prime, calibrate, and sterilize hemodialysis machines and dialyzers prior to treatment sessions according to prescribed protocols.

Patient Care & Monitoring:



Prepare patients for dialysis, inspect vascular access sites (fistula/catheter), record pre- and post-treatment vital signs, and monitor patients closely throughout the treatment session.

Technical Management: Monitor machine readings, flow rates, fluid removal levels, and pressures to ensure safety standards. Troubleshoot equipment errors immediately.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, water treatment system monitoring, and sanitization of the dialysis unit.

Documentation & Team Collaboration: Maintain accurate medical logs of treatment parameters and patient vitals. Work closely with Nephrologists and Nursing staff to execute individualized patient care plans.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology / Renal Care Technology from a recognized institution.

Experience: 1–3+ years of clinical experience operating hemodialysis equipment in a hospital setting (Freshers with strong clinical internship training may apply).

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Skills: Strong clinical knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, technical equipment troubleshooting, compassionate patient communication, and attention to detail.
